Software Integrity Manager

About the Role

Software Integrity Manager (Railway). Central Switzerland. Hybrid.

Our client an international company who is looking for a Software Integrity Manager to support global control engineering teams developing power electronic converters for rail vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the software development lifecycle process for railway software. align with EN standards and cybersecurity requirements
• Drive quality and speed improvements through better templates, tooling, training, and clear guidelines across multiple global teams
• Lead verification and validation for allocated projects. act as the key interface to certification bodies and authorities for audits and homologation

Requirements

• 6+ years of railway software development experience with structured documentation under EN50128, EN50657, EN50716, or IEEE1558
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills. able to run multiple workstreams and push integrity topics to closure
• Engineering degree (Electrical, Computer Science or similar). fluent English. German is a plus

Location

The position is based in Central Switzerland with Home office options.
