Software Product Manager

About the position

The Software Product Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of innovative web application products that meet market demands and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire product life cycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and deliver a compelling product roadmap. They will also be responsible for crafting and implementing effective go-to-market strategies that maximize product adoption and revenue. Ultimately, this position is critical in shaping user experiences and delivering high-quality software solutions that differentiate the company in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for web applications, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure user interface designs are intuitive and aligned with product goals.
• Lead agile development processes, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team communication to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with product marketing to drive product launches and adoption.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product features and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, specifically managing web applications.
• Proven knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of user interface design principles and JavaScript fundamentals.
