Role

In this role, as a Project Lead Software Developer, you will shape innovative, digital solutions that make a real difference. You will take on the technical leadership of projects and be responsible for the architecture, quality, and further development of the technologies used. You will manage the entire development process from requirements gathering through implementation to successful launch. You will coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, make technical decisions, and ensure that solutions are implemented efficiently, transparently, and resource-efficiently. You will also continuously identify optimization potential and strategically drive the technological advancement of the products.

Responsibilities

• You develop modern, sophisticated software solutions and actively contribute your ideas
• You take over project management from the first idea to successful go-live
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and translate requirements into sustainable solutions
• You are a sparring partner for your team and actively share your know-how
• In this role, you will significantly shape the architecture, processes, and standards of the software development area

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software development with C#, .NET, MS SQL and Blazor
• Sound experience in leading IT projects
• Very good understanding of object-oriented development and modern design principles
• Ideally, experience with AI-based software development and test automation
• Enjoyment of teamwork, high personal responsibility, and pragmatic solutions, as well as very good German and good English skills
