Software QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• Map all functional requirements to specific test cases, plans, and results.
• Execute testing across web browsers, mobile devices, and databases.
• Organize technical, operational, and business activities to support production transitions.
• Manage knowledge transfer efforts during hyper care to ensure system governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Structured Test Planning.
• Experience with testing tracking software such as MF ALM or Jira.
• Hands-on experience with web browser-based testing.
• Experience performing mobile device testing.
• Experience conducting database testing.
• Strong organizational skills to manage technical and business activity transitions.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web service testing.
• Familiarity with TPF OS.
