SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER (MANUAL + AUTOMATION)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of CareValue Health’s digital platforms, including EMR systems, patient management solutions, and healthcare integrations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and APIs
• Validate healthcare workflows (patient records, billing, clinical data)
• Test API integrations (EMR, HL7, FHIR, third-party systems)
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Conduct regression, integration, and UAT support
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release validation

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Manual testing and QA methodologies
• Automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)
• API testing (Postman, Swagger)
• Agile/Scrum workflows
• Bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp)
• SQL/database basics
• Understanding of SDLC

PREFFERED SKILLS

• Healthtech / EMR experience
• HL7, FHIR knowledge
• DICOM/PACS familiarity
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean)
• Performance testing (JMeter, k6)

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

3–5 years (Mid-level), open to 1–3 years (Junior)

₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
