Position Overview

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer who will play a vital role in helping our federal clients resolve complex challenges while maximizing their potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive test scripts based on established requirements, design documents, testing standards, and data inputs.
  • Document any deviations from testing procedures to aid in Quality Assurance and client reviews.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of testing processes through automation tools, training, and quality reviews.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address design issues found during testing.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in information technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • DevOps experience is a plus.
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • A four-year technical degree is preferred.

Security Clearance

  • Active Top Secret federal security clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI and polygraph.

Compensation

Compensation for this position varies based on location, role, and experience, with a salary range of $94,700 to $118,700 USD in states including California, Colorado, and Illinois. We also offer a variety of benefits to all employees.
