About Us
In our Technology department, we develop all the expertise for our kitchen appliances. Teams of specialists for construction, metal and plastic, electronics, and software develop and modify our products. They work daily on how to incorporate customer wishes and suggestions for improvement from our employees. Technical project management takes on the central coordination and control of development projects – from the idea to implementation. In our own test laboratory, concepts and innovations are tested and further developed under real conditions – here, physics is challenged daily. This is how innovations of the highest level are created.
Responsibilities
- Collection, analysis, and structuring of requirements for embedded software and networked end devices
- Creation and maintenance of system specifications, use cases, and technical requirements, taking into account normative constraints
- Close cooperation with system engineering, software, QA, and product management teams to coordinate and validate requirements
- Ensuring consistency, traceability, and completeness in common ALM tools (e.g., Polarion, ReqSuite)
- Moderation of coordination and requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluation of technical feasibility and support in architecture and design decisions, as well as documentation of the implementation strategy
- Conducting reviews and systematic change and requirements management
- End-to-end responsibility from creation to verification of software requirements
Qualifications
- Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or comparable
- Experience in requirements engineering, ideally in the field of embedded systems
- Understanding of software and hardware architectures as well as development processes (e.g., V-model, Agile)
- Proficient use of modern ALM tools such as Polarion, Jama, or ReqSuite
- Analytical thinking, structured approach, and strong communication skills
- Strategic thinking and interest in modern development methods, e.g., AI-supported engineering tools
- Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage

Salary
- For legal reasons, we are obliged to state the collective agreement minimum wage for this position, which is €2,633.77 gross per month for a 40h/week. The actual salary is based on our attractive, performance-oriented salary structure and is significantly higher depending on qualifications.
