2-year Fixed Contract | Software Test Engineer (Python / C ) | EU or NATO natio

THE ROLE

Embedded QA specialist within a cross-functional Scrum team, owning the full test lifecycle — from automation design through to manual verification and defect tracking.

• 18‑month AUG contract (extendable to 24 months)
• 35h/week
• Up to 60% home office
• Start: April 2026
• EU and NATO nationals only

SALARY

• Solid Tester (2–4 yrs exp.) — €65,000 – €72,000
• Experienced (automation focus) — €72,000 – €80,000
• Very Experienced (C strong) — €80,000 – €85,000
  • C is the key differentiator for the top band.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Hands‑on test automation experience — manual‑only backgrounds will not be considered
• Python and/or C at practical, test‑writing level
• Unit testing frameworks: pytest, Google Test, or Catch2
• Git Lab or Git Hub — confident daily use
• Scrum experience as an embedded test expert in a cross‑functional team
• German (business fluent) and English — both required
• EU or NATO nationality — non‑negotiable
