Software Test Engineer / QA Engineer (m/f/d) – C# / .NET / SQL | Focus on Product Quality

Your Role

You will take on a central role in quality assurance, working closely with development teams to ensure stable and high-quality software solutions. You will not only be responsible for testing but will also actively shape test strategies, identify weaknesses, and drive the continuous improvement of products.

Your Tasks

• Creation and further development of test plans for software solutions
• Execution of functional tests for web, desktop, and mobile applications
• Analysis of requirements and derivation of test cases and test scenarios
• Identification, documentation, and tracking of errors
• Close collaboration with developers for sustainable error resolution
• Development and maintenance of automated tests to increase efficiency
• Proactive identification of quality and process improvements

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance (min. 3 years)
• Sound knowledge of C# / .NET and SQL
• Experience with test methods, test design, and ideally test automation
• Proficient in using version control (e.g., Git or TFS)
• Structured, analytical, and quality-oriented approach to work
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• German language skills at C1 level (mandatorily required)

Nice-to-have

• Experience with BDD or automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of unit testing
• Experience in product-related development environments
