Software Developer / AI Orchestrator (m/f/d)

Your Mission and Your Tasks:

Together with the team, you will work on stable, secure, and customer-focused applications and actively drive the targeted use of AI in software development at heo.

• Development and further development of modern, containerized business applications.
• Use of AI support along the entire software development lifecycle to increase quality and efficiency.
• Orchestration of AI tools, workflows, and agents to improve development processes.
• Establishment and further development of best practices for AI-supported coding.
• Shaping secure development approaches, considering security-by-design and IP protection.
• Contributing ideas and use cases for the further development of the internal AI platform.
• Collaboration with development, platform, and security teams on an equal footing.

What You Should Bring:

• Relevant experience in software development (e.g., Java, Kotlin, PHP, or web technologies)
• Practical experience or great interest in the productive use of AI tools in development
• Understanding of clean, maintainable, and secure code
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern development processes
• Structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of exchange, learning, and sharing knowledge within the team
• Very good German and good English skills (Level C1)
