Overview

As a member of our development team, you will design modern backend and integration solutions and quickly take responsibility for specific tasks. You will benefit from personal onboarding, clear development paths, and short decision-making processes, enabling you to grow professionally. You will work with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, as well as database and server environments like relational databases, Linux, and Windows. The solutions will be applied in projects for public institutions, service, or industrial companies, and your contribution will directly impact quality and usability.

Your Tasks

• Develop and expand backend components and integration interfaces using modern development tools
• Maintain and optimize existing code and associated database accesses
• Document solutions and create meaningful technical descriptions
• Implement programming tests and perform error analysis for quality improvement
• Work closely with product and subject matter experts for requirement implementation
• Support cross-departmental improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization

Your Profile

• Completed IT or comparable technical training or practical experience
• Several years of experience in object-oriented development, ideally with Java or C#
• Familiarity with the operation of relational databases and secure knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Structured work approach, clear communication, team spirit, and goal orientation
• Experience in testing methods, error diagnosis, and technical troubleshooting
• Willingness to learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team
