About

As a developer, you will be responsible, together with your team colleagues, for the conception, implementation, and adaptation of the Linux operating system to customer-specific hardware, as well as the expansion of the operating system for our customer projects in the field of automation technology. Transferable standards meet tailor-made solutions. Conception meets pioneering spirit. This means:

Responsibilities

• Development of object-oriented software for Embedded Realtime Linux in C++
• Design, implementation, and validation of software components on Intel or ARM architectures
• Documentation and tests

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, a comparable qualification or several years of professional experience, IT specialist training or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the use of Embedded Realtime Linux for applications with hard real-time requirements
• Confident handling of object-oriented development with C++
• Experience in the low-level area (kernel, drivers, system-level libraries) is a plus
• Strong interest in new subject areas and technologies
