The company is looking for a dedicated Software Developer/Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) to join our team at the Berlin location. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative software solutions that help our customers manage their HR work. You will be actively involved in the new development and further development of our customer applications in the area of payroll software. Your tasks will include the design and implementation of software solutions as well as the analysis and automation of business processes in close cooperation with other departments. You will also document the application and system landscape and independently take on tasks in your field of activity. Requirements

The ideal candidate has a completed degree in computer science or media informatics, an apprenticeship as an IT specialist, or a comparable vocational training. You should have sound knowledge of programming languages such as Golang, C, or JavaScript. Scripting languages like Ruby or Python are an advantage. Experience in developing commercial software and working with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL and Oracle, are also important. Furthermore, you should be familiar with a UNIX development environment, including make, bash, and git. Knowledge of version control with GIT (GitLab) is desirable. Confident use of UNIX and MacOS operating systems is required. Good German language skills are necessary to communicate effectively within the team and with our customers.
