Your Role

As a Software Developer in the System Implementation team you will:

• Advance the accelerator control system – design, code, and test new functionalities.
• Maintain and enhance existing software packages to keep the facility running at peak performance.
• Support large‑scale integration & testing – collaborate on system‑wide roll‑outs and verification campaigns.
• Develop with modern technologies – C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular & TypeScript (with optional C++ contributions).
• Work cross‑functionally – partner with engineers, physicists, clinicians and international research groups.
• Participate in on‑call duty & shift work to ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems.

What You Bring

Requirement	Details
Education	Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Core Skills	• C# / .NET / ASP.NET • Angular & TypeScript • Strong problem‑solving mindset.
Nice‑to‑Have	• C++ and LabVIEW exposure or willingness to learn. • German language skills (English fluency required).
Experience	First‑hand software development experience (e.g., university projects, internships, junior role).
Personal Traits	Structured, independent, yet a true team player; hands‑on mentality; intercultural competence.
Availability	Willingness to take part in on‑call rotations and occasional shift work.
