Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for multiple positions - Software/Systems Developers and Engineers, Subject Matter Expert (SME) based in Tysons and Chantilly, VA. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading software and system development activities, designing and programming solutions, managing databases, and performing rigorous testing to ensure system reliability and efficiency. They will be involved in creating and optimizing complex systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in System Development and Software Development practices
• Strong skills in Programming and the ability to develop efficient and scalable code
• Experience with governance and metadata platforms (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.)
• Awareness of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policy – contributing to updating and sharing Zero-Trust security policies.
• Hands-on experience in automation pipelines or AI-enabled data governance tools.
• Background working in policy, governance, and/or compliance environments.
• Expertise in testing methodologies/quality control to ensure the quality and performance of systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Service Now
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• 11+ years relevant experience in a similar role or specialization,
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of (depending on position): Microsoft Visual Studio .NET (ASP.NET), LINQ, JavaScript, JQuery), WebAPI, PowerShell, SQL Server, TFS/GitHub, JIRA, SPLUNK, PYTHON, or Shell
