Your Role

In this responsible role as a lead in an agile feature team, you will ensure optimal test coverage together with your colleagues. Your core tasks include:

• The conception, creation, and maintenance of automated tests, supplemented by targeted manual tests.
• The execution of Story Acceptance Tests in close coordination with Product Owners and the business team.
• The active further development of test strategies and processes within a Scrum environment.
• Acting as a proactive link between software development and business stakeholders.
• Close exchange with test management and contributing your expertise to the internal test community.

Your Profile

You are an experienced quality expert with a solution-oriented approach. You bring the following qualifications:

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software testing, ideally in agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Methodology & Tools: Solid knowledge of manual and automated testing, as well as experience with modern methods like TDD, BDD, and CDC tests (Pact).
• Automation: Very good knowledge in implementing solutions with Playwright, Cypress, or Tosca.
• Technology: Programming skills in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Languages: German language skills at C1 level for smooth communication.
• Desirable: Expertise in insurance processes, as well as experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) or cloud environments (Azure).
