About

Our client develops an artificial intelligence platform for professional users, with a primary target on SMEs and large companies operating in highly regulated sectors (industry, legal, health). The objective: to enable concrete uses of generative AI in business while guaranteeing a high level of security, confidentiality, traceability, and data control.

The project is in the delivery start-up phase: the target architecture is formalized (approved DAT), the stack is decided, and we are looking for a senior profile to lead the development of the orchestration layer and critical backend services. Within a small technical team and in direct contact with the project lead, you will take responsibility for the design and development of the platform's critical backend layer: conversational API, Azure AI Factory integration, routing logic.

You will be a key player in the AI orchestration implementation choices and will ensure the quality, security, and performance of the developed services.

Profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in backend development, including significant experience with Python
• Mastery of REST API architectures, JWT authentication, and application security issues
• Proven experience integrating LLM models via API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Azure OpenAI or equivalent), beyond simple calls: streaming, error handling, token counting, thread management
• Understanding of orchestration patterns: multi-model routing, agents with context, function calling / tool use, RAG
• Solid PostgreSQL experience (modeling, performance, RLS a plus)
• Mastery of Azure cloud: AI Factory / Foundry, Functions, Monitor
• Product sense and ability to translate functional rules into technical architecture
• Complete autonomy in the assigned scope, ability to make decisions and document choices
