About Us

We are a Singapore Catalist‑listed company and are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Development & Bidding

  • Lead solar EPC project development, including market research, feasibility studies, and bid strategy formulation.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and partners to optimize project execution plans and enhance bid success rates.
  • Ensure on‑site reliability, monitor construction progress, and mitigate project risks.

Client Needs & System Design

  • Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments to align solar system designs with client requirements.
  • Design PV layouts (rooftop/ground‑mounted), including SLD, electrical schematics, sizing calculations, and BOQ.
  • Provide technical recommendations to maximize system efficiency, complying with EMA and BCA regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for PV layout design, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit technical documents (construction drawings, approval filings, test reports) for regulatory approvals.

Project Execution & Management

  • Develop project schedules and oversee construction to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct factory inspections and QA/QC checks to meet international standards (e.g., IEC 62446).
  • Provide end‑to‑end technical support, including commissioning, O&M optimisation, and client training.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering role within the solar energy industry (with 2+ projects ≥500 kW under your belt).
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex technical solutions and services.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy, BESS technologies, applications, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer‑friendly language.
  • Problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant technical qualifications, such as a degree in Electrical Engineering (Power/Clean Energy) or a related field.
  • Possession of own vehicle is an advantage.
