Solution Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Analyst to join a dynamic Salesforce Integrated Channels team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

This role is ideal for a strong Business/Solution Analyst with deep Salesforce exposure and experience delivering scalable technology solutions within complex enterprise environments. The Operations and Technology Analysis team supports the delivery of sustainable and innovative technology solutions across the business through effective business and system analysis.

Project Overview

You will be involved in solving operational and business challenges through Salesforce-driven solutions, integrations, and system enhancements within a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements
• Analyse integration points and impacted systems
• Document solution design and technical specifications
• Support the delivery of scalable and sustainable technology solutions
• Test integration services and present findings to governance forums
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional squads during design and delivery phases
• Salesforce Solutions Design and Documenting.
• Systems Analyst and Solution Analyst.
• Business Analysis – Business Requirements Gathering.
• Systems Integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis / Solution Analysis
• 3–5+ years’ experience within Financial Services or related industries
• Strong Salesforce configuration and administration experience
• Experience working on integrations and end-to-end system delivery
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solution detail
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Exposure to enterprise integration projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
