Great CX is key to success! As part of our Operations team, you will translate the requirements and use cases of our potential new clients into modern and holistic CX solution architectures, thereby developing solutions that make end-customer experiences unforgettable. Together with our New Business Team, you will illustrate your solutions in attractive customer demos and translate them into a later project approach.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will translate the requirements and use cases of our potential new clients into modern and holistic CX solution architectures and develop a later project approach from them.
  • You will identify the necessary resources and estimate the effort required for the implementation of your solution architectures.
  • You will enthusiastically support our New Business Team in acquiring new clients by presenting our solutions.
  • You will advise on the application possibilities and framework conditions of marketing technology solutions.
  • You will regularly conduct workshops and introductory training sessions on our solutions.
  • You will support the development of Proof-of-Concepts and illustrate the functional scope of our solution based on a demo environment.
  • You are responsible for contributing to commercial offers and creating a suitable slide set for presentations. Furthermore, you will be in close exchange with our Marketing Team for the creation of marketing materials, among other things.
  • You will act as a link between our consulting teams and the New Business area and maintain close interdepartmental exchange.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in the sales presentation of software solutions, ideally in the area of marketing technology solutions.
  • Technical understanding and the ability to communicate technical content in a target-group-oriented manner.
  • Good knowledge of systems such as CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Tracking, or Analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and basic operating and security concepts.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, event data, and integration patterns.
  • Understanding of data models, data quality, monitoring, and fault tolerance.
  • Quick comprehension, very good analytical skills, strong ability for teamwork and independent action.
  • Very good communication skills in German.
  • High customer orientation, service mentality, and problem-solving competence.
  • You are enthusiastic about working in a team as well as driving topics forward independently.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and understandably.
  • Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
