Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem and Automotive domain solutions. The role focuses on designing scalable enterprise architectures, enabling agentic workflows, and delivering intelligent automation solutions aligned with modern data platforms and enterprise integration standards.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic Architecture & Delivery Leadership

• Architect and deliver Agentforce / Copilot solutions for automotive use cases
• Define agent operating model including tool-use patterns, guardrails, grounding strategy, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Establish enterprise‑grade governance including evaluation strategy, observability, monitoring, audit controls, and security frameworks

Salesforce Platform Architecture

• Act as Subject Matter Expert across Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry capabilities
• Define scalable and secure architecture aligned with Salesforce Well‑Architected principles
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability considering large data volumes and async processing patterns

Data Cloud & Enterprise Data Architecture

• Lead implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud including ingestion patterns, identity resolution, calculated insights, and semantic data layer design
• Define architecture patterns with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
• Collaborate with data teams to design secure and compliant data activation strategies for intelligent workflows

Integration & Automation Architecture

• Define API and integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise platforms including SAP and manufacturing systems
• Architect automation patterns using Flows, Apex, MuleSoft, APIs, and event‑driven architectures
• Ensure integrations meet enterprise standards for security, resilience, and scalability

Automotive Domain Architecture

• Design architecture aligned to Salesforce Automotive Cloud including vehicle lifecycle, warranty, service management, and asset data models
• Define workflows spanning OEM, supplier, dealer, and service center ecosystems
• Translate automotive data signals such as telematics and service alerts into automated workflows within Salesforce environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9–15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture or enterprise solution architecture
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data platforms
• Strong knowledge of API‑led integrations and event‑driven architectures
• Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of governance, observability, and performance optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
