Your Role

• Technical Responsibility: You set standards and ensure they are consistently adhered to. Code reviews and coaching employees are part of this.
• Solution Architecture: You develop stable and scalable architectures for our projects.
• CI/CD Pipelines: You automate the development process by building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Automated Quality Assurance: You ensure our software runs reliably by using quality assurance tools and methods.
• Employee Selection: You actively support the selection of internal and external employees, thus ensuring strong teams.

Your Profile

• Software Solutions: You have sound knowledge in planning and implementing software solutions for web and mobile.
• Technologies: You are very familiar with technologies such as React, Vue.js, Java, Docker, SQL, Git, and Azure DevOps and ideally have certifications.
• Agile Methods: You have many years of experience with agile methods such as Pair Programming, Pull Request Reviews, Git Flows, and more.
• Development Methods: You understand software development methods, concepts, and architectures and implement them confidently.
• Azure Cloud: You take responsibility for frontend, backend, databases, and data storage in the Azure Cloud.
• AI Competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape its responsible use within your area of responsibility, and act as an enabler for clients and internally at adesso.
• Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
