gTech Ads is responsible for all support, media, and technical services for customers across Google’s entire Ads product stack. The team helps customers maximize the value of Google Ads and Publisher products, providing a range of services from self‑help and in‑product support to account setup, campaign implementation, media solutions, and complex technical and measurement solutions. Solutions range from bespoke, customized offerings to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide.

The team partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop better tools, services, and solutions that improve products and enhance the client experience. As a cross‑functional, global team, gTech ensures customers receive the best return on investment and remain a trusted partner.

As a Solutions Architect (SA), you will create an excellent experience for Google’s Ads clients by delivering gTech service solutions, enabling sales objectives, and achieving business goals for your product area. You will act as a unified service partner, designing and delivering solutions across the Large Customer Sales (LCS) portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Advise Google’s Ads clients on how Search, SA360, and bidding solutions can address their business issues; act as a collaborative thought partner, architect solutions and service plans, and deliver technical, global projects.
  • Discover customer needs by understanding clients’ annual and quarterly goals in collaboration with sales, assess and prioritize where gTech Ads can add value, drive uplift, and secure executive client buy‑in.
  • Participate in ideation and design of joint service plans by aligning solutions to client focus areas; unlock new growth opportunities by scoping projects.
  • Deliver services and solutions working closely with other specialists and gTech Ads delivery teams in the region and the hub.
  • Conduct regular debriefs with clients and Sales Teams, gathering insights on clients’ business objectives.
