We are looking for a Technical Leader for one of our clients in Lyon.
Responsibilities
- Master the existing application technically.
- Be the technical referent for the application on the new architecture.
- Support and assist the development team on technical choices and approaches.
- Analyze technical needs and propose solutions.
- Implement technical testing according to needs.
- Review requirements and interface contracts from a technical perspective.
- Macro-level management of technical deployment phases (from testing to production installation).
- Provide technical support for scoping, analysis, and development.
- Technically supervise production as needed.
- Assist in building squads that will work on these new technologies (7 to 9 people).
- Participate in interviews for new employees on technical aspects.
The client application is the single repository for Supply Quality, integrating and processing all supply quality measurements reported by communicating meters (power outages and voltage excursions).
The application, in addition to MCO/RUN life, actively participates in several projects: CRITERE-B (Power outage quality on the electrical grid) and SEI (Supply Quality for French islands), Annex Application (validation of network outages), and technical redesign.
The team consists of about twenty people in Lyon. The team currently works in KANBAN.
Qualifications
- Advanced functional knowledge of the following technologies: Postgres, PowerBI, Databreaks, Angular/React (Cloud and On Premise where possible).
- High-level technical piloting/supervision of the team based on needs.
- Significant experience in implementing needs involving multiple IS.
- Proactive in improving application monitoring and technical evolutions.
- Ability to take a step back and have a global vision of the technologies used.
- Ability to manage deadline constraints and stress periods inherent to the project.
- Experience in technical needs analysis and facilitating technical workshops.
- Good communication and adaptability to interlocutors.
- Experience in the energy sector would be a plus.
Need to strengthen the team with a Technical Leader who will work on all subjects related to the target technical redesign of the application: transition to ENEDIS recommended technologies and support for the application's transition to the Cloud.
