IBM iX – Experience the Human Factor. Are you ready to accelerate the digital transformation of our clients and design innovative solutions as a Solution Architect – MarTech Generalist (m/f/x)? Then use your expertise and creativity to develop tailor-made Salesforce solutions, mastering both technical and business challenges in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. We are looking for you as soon as possible, full-time (40 hours per week), to support our Salesforce team – ideally at our locations in Berlin or Düsseldorf. IBM iX is a global Fullforce partner for Salesforce CRM solutions with deep industry expertise in the DACH region. IBM iX Salesforce colleagues work at several locations in Germany, with headquarters in Berlin and strong global connections. We support companies in developing leading digital solutions for a variety of industries, primarily automotive, life sciences, manufacturing, public sector, and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

  • You conceptualize and implement holistic IT and marketing technology solutions in complex client environments
  • You analyze business processes with a focus on marketing, sales, and customer experience, and develop end-to-end architectures from them
  • You translate business requirements into scalable, integrated MarTech solutions across various platforms
  • You design system landscapes that intelligently connect different tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, CMS, and data platforms)
  • You select suitable technologies and evaluate them in terms of integration, performance, scalability, and future viability
  • You work closely with business departments, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • You accompany projects from idea to go-live and beyond, taking responsibility for architectural decisions
  • You support pre-sales through solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations
  • You identify optimization potential in existing MarTech stacks and continuously develop them

  • Begleitet Projekte von der Idee bis zum Go-Live und darüber hinaus und übernimmt Verantwortung für Architekturentscheidungen
  • Unterstützt im Pre-Sales durch Solution Design, Aufwandsschätzungen und Präsentationen beim Kunden
  • Identifiziert Optimierungspotenziale in bestehenden MarTech-Stacks und entwickelt diese kontinuierlich weiter
