IT Consultant / Solution Architect Microsoft 365 & Azure {m/w/x}

Your Role: Thinking Digital Workplace Holistically

For the expansion of our Modern Work Business Unit, we are looking for a versatile personality as an IT Solution Architect (m/f/d) who combines technological expertise, customer orientation, and a drive for innovation.

You will develop modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft technologies, bringing together Modern Work, Security, and Azure in a meaningful way. At the same time, you will actively contribute to the technical and structural development of our Business Unit.

Your Tasks

• You will advise clients, design solutions, and implement Modern Work projects based on Microsoft cloud technologies, our own datacenter, and on-premises environments.
• You will participate in the development and implementation of security concepts, e.g., Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Entra ID, and Compliance.
• You will advise on Azure services relevant to the workplace context, e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Identity, Networks, and Automation.
• You will conduct workshops, webcasts, and customer presentations.
• You will contribute your own ideas to further develop standards, methods, and services and to actively expand our Modern Work Business Unit.

What You Bring

• Completed IT-related apprenticeship, e.g., as a Fachinformatiker:in, an IT degree, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID
• Solid know-how in IT security within the Microsoft environment, especially in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, e.g., Defender, Conditional Access, Entra ID
• Ideally, knowledge of hybrid environments, such as our Avantgarde Datacenter
• Experience with Azure, e.g., in the areas of Networks, Azure Virtual Desktop, Automation, and Identity
• Advantageous: Experience in system house, project, or consulting contexts, as well as with Power Platform or automation
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Customer-oriented, structured, and independent way of working, as well as strong communication skills and team spirit
• Willingness to develop professionally and acquire certifications, e.g., AZ-900, MS-700, SC-300, or AZ-104
