About

Responsibilities

• sets up interdisciplinary projects with cross-functional teams.
• designs the integration of sub-solutions from different areas into an optimal overall solution for our customers.
• supports ensuring that the proposed solutions meet customer requirements and are feasible from a practical and economic perspective.
• uses standard functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM and, where sensible, uses existing add-ons from partners (ISVs).
• is responsible for creating the Solution Blueprint and the content strategies and controls their implementation.
• organizes the collaboration of relevant people and conducts workshops on strategy topics to jointly develop the best possible solution.
• works closely with the Software Architect and the Project Manager to shape the project successfully.

Qualifications

• a strong understanding of complex business problems and the ability to conceptualize innovative solutions.
• the ability to recognize complex problems and break them down in a solution-oriented manner.
• several years of experience in process and solution consulting with Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM and deep knowledge in at least one Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM module (SCM, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, WHS, or Production).
• the ability to lead people and teams and act as a mentor.
• very good German and English skills and the willingness to exchange ideas with international colleagues and to lead workshops in English.

Salary

For legal reasons, we point out that the collective agreement minimum monthly salary is between € 3,104 and € 4,476 gross (full-time) depending on experience and qualifications.
