Solution Architect (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of IT solutions and IT infrastructures based on customer requirements
• Analysis of customer requirements and development of customized IT architectures
• Definition of required technologies, architectures, and data structures
• Creation of technical and organizational implementation concepts
• Consulting and supporting customers in the implementation and integration of IT solutions
• Ensuring compliance with security and compliance guidelines
• Coordination and collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, Service Management, and Project Management
• Support of the sales team in creating offers and presentations
• Contact person for complex technical customer inquiries and support for other departments
• Conducting training and workshops for customers and internal teams
• Continuous development and optimization of existing IT solutions and infrastructures
