About the role
About CGM
CGM is a leading company in software solutions for the healthcare sector, operating in 19 countries with nearly 9,000 dedicated employees. You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment full of opportunities. With your commitment and passion, you have the chance to make a lasting difference.
CGM Leverages AI: We are looking for people who feel the power of AI in the eHealth environment, want to help shape the change, and recognize with curious passion how technology can make healthcare smarter, simpler, and better.
Together, we are shaping the healthcare system of the future. Become part of our mission and make a difference – for a world where knowledge saves lives!
Are you passionate about future-oriented products? Do you have the talent to turn ideas into concrete, value-adding solutions while always keeping the big picture in mind? Then we are looking for you!
Your Contribution
- You turn requirements into solutions: You take new legal regulations, guidelines, and gematik specifications regarding ePA, eRezept, TI-Messenger, KIM, VSDM, or Zeta/POP and transform them into clear, implementable concepts for our products.
- You translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into understandable, structured foundations for our development teams – down to tangible epics, features, and user stories.
- You place TI services into concrete care scenarios and ensure that processes and information flows are meaningful, well-thought-out, and practical for healthcare providers and patients.
- You ensure that our solutions remain compliant with laws, gematik, and data protection regulations at all times – without losing sight of the benefits for users.
- You confidently represent CGM in external expert discussions – for example, in gematik consultations, working groups, or at specialist events – and strategically incorporate the insights gained there into our product and architecture decisions.
What You Bring:
- Proven success as a Solution Architect, Business Architect, Product Manager, or in a comparable role – ideally with a focus on innovation in highly regulated sectors or in healthcare.
- A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Medical Informatics, Health Economics, or a related field, preferably from a renowned university, combined with a strong commitment to quality.
- Confidence in handling legal and technical specifications (e.g., gematik specifications) and experience in analyzing, evaluating, and systematically implementing complex regulatory frameworks.
- Deep methodological competence in process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML) and a solid understanding of current software and integration architectures; ideally, initial practical experience with FHIR, HL7, and Telematics Infrastructure services.
- Analytical excellence, courage for new methods (e.g., AI tools), strong communication skills, a pronounced team spirit, and very good German and good English skills.
What You Can Expect From Us:
- Training Opportunities: Utilize individually tailored training opportunities to continuously develop your skills. We support your growth, as your personal and professional development is key to our shared success.
- Mobile Work: Enjoy the freedom to work remotely two days a week and in the office three days a week. This flexibility allows you to harmonize work and private life and develop your best ideas.
- Corporate Benefits: Discover a variety of attractive employee discounts and exclusive benefits from renowned partners and providers.
- Events: Be part of dynamic internal events and activities that regularly take place both on-site and remotely. Experience the team cohesion and be inspired by fresh ideas as we work together on the future.
- Work-Life Balance: Take advantage of our job bike leasing offer to create a healthy balance to your work routine. This way, you can boost your energy and recharge your batteries while we change the world together!
Diversity is part of CGM! We look forward to your application, regardless of disability, gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion, age, or sexual orientation and identity.
