Your Responsibilities

• You analyze requirements and develop tailor-made solutions as a software or solution architect.
• You focus on added value for our clients – within project goals and with a holistic view.
• You define and document business processes as well as complex software and system architectures.
• You work closely with various stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions – and are the central point of contact for distributed development teams.
• You evaluate different technologies, test new approaches, and find smart answers to specific challenges.
• You actively contribute ideas to further develop existing technologies and architectures.
• You structure customer requirements and deliver convincing presentations to clients.

What you bring to the table

• You have a completed technical education at university level – with a focus on software development.
• You have several years of experience in large IT projects and are familiar with complex project landscapes from practice.
• You have sound knowledge in Java development, the Java open-source landscape, web technologies, and common software tools.
• You have experience in software and solution architecture – both with classic monoliths and with microservices and cloud-based applications.
• You recognize complex interrelationships, think analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented.
• You have a hands-on mentality, think innovatively and proactively – but also critically.
• You enjoy working with clients and convince with negotiation skills, team spirit, and empathy.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written.
• You are willing to travel within the DACH region (weekdays) and appreciate direct on-site exchange.

Compensation

You have the opportunity to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. This starts at EUR 4,800 gross per month. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
