As a Salesforce/BSS Solution Architect, you play a central role in realizing this mission. You translate strategic and operational business goals into scalable Salesforce and BSS architectures that enhance our customer experience, processes, and service delivery.

You will be part of a dynamic enterprise environment with complex integrations between Salesforce, BSS/OSS, billing, provisioning, and customer portals. Within multidisciplinary teams, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and system engineers.

You are responsible for setting up future-proof architectures, monitoring technical quality, security, and compliance, and coaching teams in applying best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce/BSS solutions.
• Perform impact analyses and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Ensure security, compliance, and architecture standards.
• Coordinate integrations between Salesforce, BSS/OSS, and other enterprise systems.
• Stimulate innovation by developing proof-of-concepts and sharing knowledge within the team.

Requirements

You are a strategic thinker with technical depth, who can translate complex IT landscapes into practical, scalable solutions.

Your skills:

• HBO/WO level in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, Service Cloud) and BSS/OSS environments.
• Experience with integration tools such as Salesforce APIs, and knowledge of Azure API Gateway, .NET, and Python.
• Insight into telecom processes, customer, and billing environments.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; you know how to connect teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-oriented work attitude with a hands-on approach.
