Your Responsibilities
- You lead, coordinate, and steer development for the areas of responsibility: Knowledge Mgmt, NowAssist, AppEngine
- Further development of the ServiceNow solution (design, implementation, and architecture)
- You represent your solution in the architecture board and present adjustments, integrations, etc. there
- Customer consulting regarding functional coverage, technical solutions, strategic roadmaps, and possible effort and benefit when using
- You accompany our customers through changes related to market trends and technological and digital solutions
- You are responsible for the holistic lifecycle: from introduction, through implementation of requirements and rollout, to operation
- You take over the strategic and operational consulting of internal customers
Your Profile
- Your well-founded IT know-how, which you have acquired through, for example, training or studies in computer science or a comparable qualification, is complemented by professional experience at a technical and/or process level with ServiceNow
- Knowledge in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST / SOAP is advantageous
- You possess a strong sense of teamwork
- You have comprehensive ServiceNow knowledge
- You have a solution- and process-oriented mindset and possess analytical and communication strengths
- Your good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
