About the role

  • Degree in business informatics / computer science and business administration or process management education (university, university of applied sciences, bachelor or equivalent).
  • Professional certification is a plus (SAFe, Scrum).
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the business process area of: Procurement and at least 3 years of experience in project management or requirement engineering/process modelling.
  • Personality with good self management / time management skills.
  • Team player with good consulting skills, can do mentality and deliver to promise attitude.
  • Hands-on problem solving mentality, especially in technical parts.
  • Good analytical, conceptional, problem solving skills and an ownership / entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Keen understanding of, and experience with, the balance between quick fixes and long-term viability in the face of limited resources.
  • High flexibility / eagerness to learn new skills in terms of technology and business processes.
  • Strong communication and adaptability, ability to act as a change agent.
  • Fluent in English, German is desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge in Scrum, SAFe, Cloud Platforms, Middleware & integration solutions (like Lobster, API-Mgmt, etc.) and MS Dynamics 365 F&O, experience with Confluence / Jira is a plus.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

  • IT ownership of the business process area: Supply Chain & Products. Owning the solutions (TechStack) and process area and driving it forward.
  • Proactively collaborate with the business and product owners in analyzing, designing and planning requirements. Develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
  • Identify opportunities for customer-centric process improvements, while being responsible for the end-to-end process on IT side. Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals.
  • Define the value of improvements and adaptations of our solutions and measure the success of the implementation.
  • Coordinate the external development suppliers in designing scalable and reliable technical solutions that will meet the business requirements in the best way.
  • Coordinate and manage the quality, security and reliability (monitoring, testing, release management) of our solutions and the end-to-end business processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth integrations of new digital solutions into the existing architecture.
  • Make sure that solutions and processes are well documented and monitored. Ensure hand-over of operational tasks to IT service delivery team and external service providers.
  • As one Mammut IT team, drive Mammuts Digital Transformation.
