Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture across the entire project lifecycle – from scoping and design to deployment
- Analyze client environments to identify where company solutions can drive business value
- Design and maintain integrated solutions that align with client needs, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure solution integrity while leveraging existing products, tools, and best practices
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to business leaders, stakeholders, and engineers
- Deliver customer presentations, solution demos, and proof of concept (POC) demonstrations
- Guide product experts, developers, and project managers to align solution delivery
- Stay current on telecom industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
- Provide continuous feedback to product teams for solution refinement and innovation
- Lead large, cross‑domain project teams across multiple client departments or vendors
- Design cloud‑enabled, scalable architectures supporting SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models
- Support project planning, technical budgeting, and solution costing activities
Job Requirements
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Experience
- 3 to 5 years in solution design, enterprise architecture, or consulting roles
- Proven record of leading full lifecycle solution architecture in complex IT programs
Skills
- Deep understanding of telecom systems, IT architecture, and enterprise processes
- Strong knowledge of technologies like TETRA, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), AVL
- Familiarity with process modeling, system integration, and digital transformation frameworks
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture layers: data, application, technology, and process
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and executive‑level presentation skills
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- Ability to work collaboratively across business units, vendors, and delivery teams
