As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide insights that drive the success of projects, while also mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization. Responsibilities

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing architecture to enhance performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Digital Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Digital Twining, Enterprise Architecture – Industrial AI/GenAI/Agentic must have.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.
• Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to create and maintain architectural documentation.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
