Solution Consultant/ Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• You will advise our customers on the operationalization and digitalization of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes in the context of ServiceNow's ESM platform.
• Your specialization in expertise and solution knowledge lies in the areas of IT Service Management or IT Operations Management and IT Automation.
• You will conduct customer workshops for requirements analysis and the definition of user stories.
• Creating solution architectures and implementation concepts is also part of your responsibilities.
• You will support the creation of training materials as well as the execution of acceptance tests and user training for the customer.
• Additionally, you will support Sales and Presales with customer demos.
