Role Overview

The Manager, Solution Delivery is a senior project manager responsible for delivering Performance Management initiatives across the Finance function and supported business areas. This role leads complex, cross-functional projects and ensures finance platforms are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities – Project Delivery

• Lead delivery of Performance Management platforms, including EPM implementations
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors across time zones
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage risks and dependencies

Product & Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner with Product Owners to align delivery to roadmaps
• Translate backlogs into project plans and releases
• Support UAT, release readiness, and deployment

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of financial processes
• Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
• Experience with EPM tools (OneStream or similar)
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
