About the Role

Reporting to the department responsible for implementing solutions for our clients, you will, as a Solution Engineer, be the primary point of contact for French clients. You will be responsible for gathering their needs, coordinating project implementation, and ensuring successful deployment of solutions.

You will bridge the gap between sales and technical teams, manage deadlines and costs, and provide support for configuration and upgrades to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• In close collaboration with regional sales teams, you will present Vusion solutions and gather client needs.
• You will build, lead, and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare deployment with independent or medium-sized businesses.
• You will track projects using shared tools, ensuring deadlines are met and costs are controlled.
• You will be the single point of contact for clients (internal and external) for all operational matters: technical, integration, upgrade requests, and installations.
• You will assist the rest of the team in developing upgrades (models, technical configurations) for all types of clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, or in Project Management / IT (network, infrastructure, etc.)
• Proficiency in French required; proficiency in English (written and spoken) essential. Knowledge of another European language would be a plus, but is not mandatory.
• Interest in retail, artificial intelligence, computer vision, or IoT.
• Ability to leverage technical skills to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure client satisfaction in a fast-growing international company.
• Organized, autonomous, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, ready to take on responsibilities and thrive in a dynamic and ambitious environment.
