Your Role

Do you want to develop technology-oriented services in the field of Consulting Delivery - Engineering, AI & Data? In the Delivery Team, we support digital transformations hands-on in technical implementation (e.g., software development, cloud & data engineering) and through methodological expertise (e.g., project management). Secure our common success and make a difference with us: as a Solution Engineer - Defense / Public (m/f/d).

Locations: Leipzig and Görlitz.

Your Impact:

As a Solution Engineer in the German Delivery Center (m/f/d), you will design robust, secure, and scalable IT solutions for Defense and Public Sector clients - with a clear focus on Implement / Build and Operate.

• Defense and Public Sector: You will support clients in public administration / defense in the implementation of IT projects and help them with the digitalization and modernization of business processes.
• End-to-End Delivery: With your team, you will take responsibility for the design, implementation, and/or operation of applications and platforms for clients from Defense, Security, and Public Administration.
• Build: In your project, you will translate functional requirements into viable technical solutions and implement services.
• Operate: In daily operations, you will establish and manage IT service processes and ensure continuous optimization of performance, resilience, and security.
• Technical Expertise: With your technical experience, you will work in teams and take responsibility for individual deliverables or entire solutions.

Your Skillset:

• Degree in Computer Science (Business or Technical), Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or equivalent.
• Experience in IT projects or IT operations, preferably with a connection to the public sector or the defense sector.
• Practical experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and/or classic project management.
• High willingness to take responsibility in delivery - from technical conception through build to operation.
• Willingness to travel, as well as excellent German and English written and spoken communication skills, and excellent presentation skills.
