Your Role

• Planning of demanding projects in the field of hazard alarm systems according to HOAI, RIBA or SIA 112 performance models.
• Development and creation of phase-specific planning documents (calculations, tender documents, cost estimates, reports, etc.).
• Technical pre-sales consulting and execution of customer presentations, sales talks with a focus on requirements analysis and solution finding, as well as live demos.
• Further development of in-depth knowledge in hazard management systems: intrusion alarm systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), access control systems (ZuKo) and video surveillance systems.
• Interface management with internal departments such as BMA, Si-Tec and technology management, as well as external partners such as customers, service providers and suppliers.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technical degree (ideally electrical engineering) or equivalent training with corresponding professional experience/further education.
• Several years of experience in planning (complex) projects/construction projects.
• Professional experience in planning hazard alarm systems (fire alarm systems, access control systems, intrusion alarm systems, and video camera surveillance systems).
• Technical knowledge in the areas of HOAI/RIBA/SIA.
