Solution Engineer (w/m/d) – Power Platform, M365 & KI

Agile-IS modernizes business-relevant specialist processes and related services. We create viable digital solutions from established ways of working – with M365, Power Platform, automation, AI, or custom software when it makes sense.

We are looking for someone who talks to customers, understands problems, sorts out processes, and builds working solutions from them.

Your Role

You will work directly with customers on simple to medium solutions, combining consulting and implementation.

Typical topics:

• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Microsoft 365
• SharePoint / Teams
• Automation of manual workflows
• AI-supported assistance for recurring tasks
• Modernization of existing specialist solutions

It's not important that you master every tool perfectly. What's important is that you understand technical problems, translate them cleanly, and know when you need support from the team.

You are a good fit if you...

• Speak and write very good German (at least C1, preferably native speaker)
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience after university or comparable training
• Enjoy working directly with customers
• Can explain technical solutions, not just build them
• Have experience with M365, Power Platform, or similar environments
• Are willing to work on-site with us and be ready to travel for customer appointments
• Can work independently without being a lone wolf

This role is NOT a good fit if you...

• Speak little German
• Want to work exclusively remotely
• Don't want customer contact
• Only want to process tickets
• Are starting from scratch with Power Platform, M365, or automation
• Want to strictly separate consulting and implementation
