About the role
Role Description
SSM works closely with sales team to work out offers for products, services, and solutions. Covers the identification of new business opportunities and draws on technical expertise. SSM can influence and impact customer's buying decision and is accountable for achieving sales results. SSM also contains the presentation and discussion of possible products, services, and solutions with internal (multi-product) and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Meets - virtual or in presence - customers in the region presenting the solution and gathering feedbacks in pre-sales phase
- Is single point of contact in Nokia sales process (sCRM gates, WtD, sales to delivery handover)
- Is main actor during customer RFQ: customer support and influence during preparation, driver of technical answer (SoC and BoQ in coordination with GSS)
About the Role
The Solution Manager is Market point of contact for Product Line Managers (PLM) for specific regions and customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Microwave sales/presales, MW delivery or MW network design
- Clear understanding of telecommunication networks and market
- Passion and motivation for customer centric activities
- Innovation mindset: analyzes situations or data that requires review of relevant factors. Identifies and proposes best fitting solutions for our customers
- Ability to communicate effectively and influences others.
- Autonomy in own subject area
- Awareness of and involvement outside of own subject area.
- Distills big picture. Makes decisions about and prioritizes own work
