What You'll Need to Have:

• 3-5+ years of direct hands-on experience in minerals processing, mining engineering, or industrial manufacturing
• Deep technical and commercial knowledge of mining operations, ideally with direct experience working in mines or education from a mining-focused program
• Direct experience with wet/dry screening technology or separation equipment is highly preferred
• Proven ability to bridge complex engineering concepts and commercial value
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to conduct high-level discovery sessions and aggregate complex information into actionable insights for leadership and technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mining preferred) or Business Strategy
• Demonstrated ability to quickly master new, complex industrial sectors and translate market knowledge into clear product requirements and business cases
