What awaits you:
- You are responsible as Solution Manager Security & Global WAN for the sales of complex, individually tailored Security & WAN solutions (site networking) for Vodafone Business's international large customers with national and international focus and the associated footprint.
- You analyze customer needs and develop technical concepts based on their requirements in close cooperation with Consulting and Solution Design, ensuring communication at all decision-making levels, taking business goals into account and considering solution options.
- You build long-term, trusting business relationships with all customers and develop a long-term digitalization strategy together with the customer and support our Account Managers in expanding customer relationships and positioning Vodafone Business as a Trusted Partner.
- You actively monitor technological market developments and maintain close contact with product management to ensure that customer and market feedback is incorporated into the development and standardization of services for the national and international market.
- You ensure a permanent and sustainable pipeline build-up regarding the Security & WAN portfolio of Vodafone and its partners, as well as the associated target achievement.
- You continuously train yourself on technological trends and product innovations in the WAN environment and consistently and permanently work on the further development of your personal and professional skills.
What distinguishes you:
- Successfully completed (technical) university studies or vocational training.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Key Account Management and complex ICT solution sales, preferably with a focus on consulting-intensive project business and solutions for multinational companies.
- In-depth knowledge of Security & WAN solutions, especially SASE, SDN, NaaS, as well as state-of-the-art knowledge of current trends in the Security & WAN environment.
- Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructures.
- Sales-oriented thinking and acting at top management level as well as confident communication in customer contact.
- Strong presentation and moderation skills.
- German and English skills at C1 level (GER).
This position can be exercised full-time or full-time part-time (minimum 30 hours).

We are filling this position at the Düsseldorf site for Vodafone GmbH.
