Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions for our cloud-based energy usage portal. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in system integration, cloud technologies, and software development to deliver impactful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users. Your proficiency in Microsoft Azure, .NET, and API design will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the development of end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Lead the delivery team in architectural design, fostering collaboration with application development teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend software technologies and solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration processes.
• Identify future needs and ensure technical designs are secure and scalable.
• Translate complex architectural designs into actionable tasks for developers.
• Present design options to stakeholders, executives, and delivery teams, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Research and implement innovative technologies to drive organizational goals.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with expertise in system and platform integration.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing customer-facing applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, Microsoft Cloud, .NET, Angular, SQL DB, Cosmos DB, and AI.
• Proficiency in software development and system administration.
• Solid understanding of strategic IT solutions and frameworks.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, SaFE).
