About the Role

As their regional digital health lead, you'll serve as a key architect of innovation—designing, customising, and deploying solutions that elevate the patient experience and drive clinical value. Working closely with European clinics, cross-functional teams, and international stakeholders, you’ll oversee every phase of digital integration, from early requirements to post-launch optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clinics across the EU regarding digital solution engagement and technical implementation.
  • Lead requirements gathering with clinical partners, focusing on IT security, GDPR, ISO standards, patient consent, and local regulatory nuances.
  • Architect and guide the integration of software solutions into clinical environments, aligning technical processes with strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IS, Post-Care, and Training to drive seamless implementation, launch, and rollout across regions.
  • Conduct post-market surveillance to assess performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coach healthcare providers on advanced technical features and value-added benefits to enhance patient outcomes and clinical workflows.
  • Develop persuasive materials for customer education and objection handling.
  • Partner with U.S. and EU teams to align regional and global development strategies and ensure compliance with MDR, GDPR, and relevant ISO standards.
  • Travel frequently to engage with clinical partners, gather technical and user feedback, and support solution delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master’s (MBA, MSc) preferred.
  • Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Program Manager, or similar role within medical devices or digital health.
  • Strong knowledge of Class III medical devices, digital health regulations, and EU compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals and drive customer value through technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles, mobile apps, connected technologies (IoT), and UX principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional project leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across clinical, technical, and commercial audiences.
  • Convincing presence and problem-solving abilities in customer-facing environments.
  • High willingness to travel across Europe and occasionally to the U.S.
