We're offering a senior, hands-on role where you'll take full ownership of designing, implementing, and evolving our complex financial software platform. You'll lead system architecture across backend, frontend, and data layers, designing and reviewing complex solutions while contributing code where needed. Working with Java/Spring Boot microservices, SQL databases, and Angular/React, you'll provide technical guidance and make critical technical decisions that shape the future of our platform. You'll mentor and guide our growing engineering team, supporting their development while solving hard problems together. We value "been-there-before" experience—someone who can anticipate challenges early and communicate clearly. You'll thrive in our product-based technology environment, working with complex data, calculations, and reporting flows in the financial domain. We're seeking someone with strong ownership and accountability who enjoys mentoring and teaching in a complex, domain-heavy environment. Your background in financial systems, asset management, or financial reporting will be invaluable, especially if you combine technology expertise with business and finance understanding.
