Responsibilities

• Providing technical expertise for major client projects and working cross-functionally across entire organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.
• Coordinating technical and integration discovery conversations with clients to gather requirements to implement platform and integrate with existing tech stacks.
• Analyzing information to diagnose root issues, designing optimal solutions.
• Driving operational excellence.
• Serving as SME on proprietary SaaS architecture services, integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS or related field + 5 years progressively responsible prior work experience in position offered or related with hands-on technical solutioning and implementation.
• Must know (through academic training or work experience) designing on SaaS, microservices, or multi-tenancy architecture.
• Application integrations and mapping using different methods, including Web Services, SSO & Integration testing tools.
• Cloud computing, Java, web technologies, hosting fundamentals, URL parameters, SFTP, & email server integrations to lead discovery & answer.
• AI & Machine Learning.

Location

• WFH 2 days per week in Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington MSA.
