Rockwoods is looking for a proficient and seasoned Solutions Architect to become part of our staff. In this position, you will work alongside various departments and the Project Management Office to outline project boundaries, design technical frameworks, and lead projects to completion. Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish project boundaries, specific outputs, and task hierarchies; create project charters and deployment strategies.
  • Lead architectural assessments with internal partners and external providers; analyze and explain blueprints, technical details, and system layouts.
  • Verify that all suggested designs align with corporate needs, internal limitations, and long-term objectives.
  • Analyze third‑party products and contribute to Request for Proposal (RFP) cycles and vendor comparisons.
  • Investigate relevant regulatory standards for designated initiatives.
  • Recognize and address potential conflicts between commercial demands and technical practicality.
  • Formulate testing strategies and resolve technical hurdles as they occur.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Business Analysts to facilitate project progress.
  • Update and refine project records as needs change throughout the lifecycle.

Required Background

  • An Associate degree or at least two years of professional background in project coordination, commerce, or banking (or a similar field).
  • A minimum of two years spent collecting and examining intricate specifications for sophisticated initiatives.
  • Holding a PMP or CAPM credential is advantageous.
