About the role

Role Overview

As a Presales Solution Architect‑Collaboration at Executive Voice in Mumbai, you will be responsible for consulting, analyzing, and providing implementation support for Collaboration projects. You will handle multiple projects and have the ability to manage a team of engineers. Your role will involve implementing and guiding engineers during projects, focusing on Telepresence & Video Conferencing Technologies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing IPT solutions from pre‑sales & post‑sales perspectives
  • Handling escalations from Voice implementation Team
  • Designing Bill of Material for IPT based on customer requirements
  • Preparing Low Level & High Level Documents for implementations
  • Implementing Cisco Unified Communication Manager clusters on UCS Server
  • Implementing Cisco Unity Connection on UCS Server
  • Integrating Cisco IP Contact Center Express with CUCM
  • Implementing Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express
  • Implementing Cisco Unity Express
  • Implementing Voice Gateways
  • Configuring 6900, 7900, 9900 Series IP Phones
  • Implementing Tandberg and Polycom Video Endpoints
  • Implementing Cisco Routers and Switches

Qualifications Required

  • Expertise in WAN and LAN, QoS
  • Excellent client management, problem‑solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • CCVP / CCIE or higher Cisco Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager (current and past versions) is required
